For over ten years our Support Group has been a second home to quitters. Thousands of members from all over the world have shared experiences and have helped each other through the rough spots. All of these messages and threads are here for you to search through. Take the time to learn from others as whatever you’re feeling right now, someone else has surely been in the same spot.
To search the support group, separate keywords by a comma. For example: quit, withdrawal, help, support. You do not have to register to search through forums or message strings. However, if you’d like to get personal support from another quitter you need to sign-up.
