Awesome suggestion!
May I also suggest raw bean sprouts as a snack? Cheap, crunchy, healthy, and with a pinch of salt taste very much like chips. They are a great snack for curbing a craving, without all the calories.
Also, cucumber slices soaked in a few tsp of red wine vinegar. I have found that carrots work well also.

I've never heard of those PB but they sound real good, and would be particularly nice as a summer dish too. As for grapes and dogs, I hadn't heard of that either and didn't realise they could be so toxic for them. So thanks for sharing guys.

Yes I know, caught my boy giving him some, didn't seem to bother Brutus at all, but I'm not taking any chances, no more for him.

Hey PB!!!
Great idea!!! Just one thing to remember... DO NOT give them to your 4-legged, hairy buddy there! Grapes and raisins are very toxic to dogs and just a few of them can kill them!

Thanks for the tip PB! Great idea!
Frozen bananas are good too! Be sure to remove the peel before you freeze them!

My son showed this to me, it is something he learned in WW. You wash all your red grapes, and then bag em and freeze em. They are delicious!! Plus they are good for you, and they have that coldness to help for cravings!! I love em, and eat them by the bowl full.
