I'm quitting for myself! I deserve to live a healthy life & feel better mentally as well as physically. I deserve a life without hiding my dirty habit; I yearn to be honest with my family, co workers & release myself from the guilt of being dishonest or hiding my shame of addiction. I have been carrying water with me everywhere I go to help cope with urges of cravings &/or hunger. I have started doing push ups daily as well as walking to the post office. I personally find that things smell b

I am bored with smoking and having the need to be dependent on something - I have tried several times to quit but always been unsuccessful - after 15 years I really want and can do it this time - onwards and upwards!

I pledge my commitment to quit smoking forever. I have set April, 02 2009 as my quit date.

I will no longer be an open wallet to my thieving government who unfairly place huge tax burdens on the addicted to fund thier so called health programs. I will live a better, healthier life, and will live plenty long enough to see my grandchildren. I will see my addiction for what it is, just that, and I will starve it to death.

I pledge my commitment to quit smoking forever. I have set November, 24 2009 as my quit date.

I David, pledge on January 31, 2009, to choose freedom from tobacco addiction ONE DAY AT A TIME. I am fed up with the merry-go-round of smoking, stopping and smoking again. I want to reduce my risk of cancer and other smoking-related diseases, and prolong my health and life as long as possible. I want to eliminate the distraction that tobacco addiction has on my relationships. Smoking is an unnecessary expense that I don't need.
