Losing time, money, bad smelling, dirtying places with cigarettes ashes, am going to take a new job, do not want to interrupt my job every hour to get a smoke, this is ridiculous, I want to be performant again with my swimming and my sport

My main reasons for quitting is to because I love myself. I am worth it. I am capable. I deserve the best for my health. I want money in my pocket, whiter teeth, nicer skin, and deep breaths. (also to exercise AND actually breathe at the same time. The things I will personally do to be successful is limiting my time with other smokers. Going on a quitting website (any) at least once a day, one hour at a time. Focusing on today. Support and encouragement from these forums.
