for longevity on my life, control over my impulses ; better health ; and to be able to exercise again and look better.Things I will personally do will be to get rid of all my ash trays and lighters ; pray daily ;take my medication for smoking cessation ;stay away from things that give me stress; stay away from smoking environments; and eventually will start exercising again.

To feel fitter, have more energy. I feel i am at the crossroads healthwise. To save money. Smell sweeter. No longer a social outcast. Altogether happier. I can do it! I will use NR lozengers for the first few weeks to help me feel the benefits physicaly & then its nicotine free for life. I will practice deep breathing & always carry around a bottle of water to help with craving. I will also practise posative thinking. HERE WE GO!
