I pledge my commitment to quit smoking forever. I have set January, 19 2015 as my quit date.

I want to exercise and not feel like I am going to have a heart attack; therefore, become healthier for my family and grandchildren. I want to save the money that I spend and enjoy a vacation with my husband. I will go for a walk with my husband when I get the urge to smoke - 10 minutes or more as many times a day as I have to. This will also help to burn any excess calories and I am going to eat raw vegies and fruit, chew sugarless gum.

I'm quitting right now to save even more money after going through a lot of stress while being broke. I've gone months without smoking before and gained weight and went

I pledge my commitment to quit smoking forever. I have set January, 03 2008 as my quit date.

I am quitting because I don't like how ill I feel with smoking as much as I did. I want to feel healthier, I want to breathe easier, I want to avoid chest pains and worrying about having enough money to support my habit. To be successful at quitting smoking forever, I pledge to keep busy, avoid falling into trigger positions, and to think differently when it comes to smoking.
