I pledge my commitment to quit smoking forever. I have set April, 01 2013 as my quit date.

My main reason for quitting smoking is my health. I want to be able to actually run a 5K someday. To be successful I will not slip up and give in to smoking.

I pledge my commitment to quit smoking forever. I have set May, 09 2012 as my quit date.

I pledge that I will not smoke today for any reason. I pledge no smoking for me one day at a time! Not One Puff Ever! I have quit smoking for health reasons such as COPD. When I smoke, I can't breathe. When I can't breathe it strengthens my determination to never smoke again. My Mantra is NO EXCUSES! I will live by that and when stress or boredom or anger or happiness or whatever pops up they will not be a good enough excuse to smoke. Not now, not ever!

I pledge my commitment to quit smoking forever. I have set August, 08 2007 as my quit date.

I want to be healthier. My family will be supportive and helpful. My bladder will get better and thank me. I'll have more energy. I will no longer have to feel shame in front of my non smoking friends. My friends will help and support me. When I get stressed out from work, I will take deep breaths, a walk or find another way to deal with it. I see the dr. on August 1 for Chantix. We'll start that for some help.

I can no longer justify spending $5.00 a day on a bad habit. I am putting that money away and will use it once a year on a vacation.
