Ashley, Health Educator
When Ashley completed her B.A. in Social Development Studies, receiving a certificate in social work from the University of Waterloo, she then travelled to Alberta. Living there for two years, she worked and volunteered in the Social Work Field. This is where Ashley discovered her passion for helping people through communication, nonjudgmental understanding and education. She has now returned to Toronto and has received her post graduate certificate in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion from Centennial College. Ashley is currently in the process of becoming a certified Life Coach through the Coaches Training Institute which is accredited through the ICF. She has a strong interest in mental health and strives to help individuals in need.

Josie, Health Educator
Currently working in the health industry as an administrator, Josie has a BA in Sociology and Criminology at York University already under her belt. Josie’s interests include exploring how internet communities and virtual Support Groups mirror traditional communities and Support Groups in "real world" settings. She is especially interested in non-traditional means of health care delivery. When she’s not busy posting in Evolution Health Support Groups, Josie enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family.

Vincenza, Health Educator
Vincenza completed a 4-year professional program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she received designation as Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, and is licensed by the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy-Naturopathy in Ontario. Her areas of special interest include women's & men's health, sport medicine and neurological disorders. As a naturopath, she is committed to providing individualized health care solutions that incorporate natural therapies such as acupuncture, nutrition, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy and homeopathy. Prior to her career as a naturopath, she spent much of her time researching maps and planning adventurous hiking and biking trips. Most of her travels abroad were in Europe where she was able to cultivate her French and Italian language skills. Now back in Canada, she continues to bike and hike the streets of Toronto where she calls home.
